Fall Semester Begins August 23

The Fall semester begins on Monday, August 23 with regular in-person instruction and student services. The re-opening of RCC includes offering course sections on campus as well as online and hybrid modalities.
To support this instruction and student learning, college services will also resume in-person operations.
New Students: If you need assistance enrolling in Fall semester classes, contact the Welcome Center at outreach@rcc.edu or call (951) 222-8574.
Now, and going forward, the safety and well-being of all personnel and students is of paramount importance. RCC is doing its part to keep everyone safe and healthy. Below are a few of the steps the College has taken:
- Enhanced cleaning protocols
- Installed protective barriers in high traffic areas - student services, bookstore, health services and cafeteria
- Increased presence of hand sanitizer and masks on campus
- Changed events and programs that require audiences and other large gatherings
RCCD is requiring all students and staff participating in onsite, face-to-face instruction and student support services to:
- Wear protective face coverings – indoors and outside where six feet of physical distancing cannot be maintained, regardless of vaccination status
- Be vaccinated – show evidence of vaccination
- Unvaccinated students can enroll in online distance education courses and access online student support services
These are extraordinary times and we have learned that as the pandemic evolves and changes we must do the same. RCCD/RCC will remain vigilant in our efforts to stay informed of the most current local and federal guidelines, and everyone’s patience and cooperation are appreciated. While these are our current plans, they could change in the future depending on the course of the pandemic. Visit RCCD Safe Return for more information.
